Selling Library Books Is a No-No

Just in case you were unclear on this point: When you borrow books, etc., from a library, they’re not yours to sell. Unbelievable. Someone please send this man a dictionary and highlight the word borrow. Feel free to highlight any other words that you feel he might want to learn the definition of. I know beside which word I’ll be pasting his picture.

Is anyone else wondering why the libraries didn’t catch on? Mine has a limit as to how much I’m allowed to check out. And I have to prove I live in the city with paperwork before they’ll even give me a card.
