Okay, today’s post is a little bit different. I have a meeting to run off to so I’m short on time, but I will point you in the direction of a couple bloggers who have tracked down some free audiobooks from audible.com this week. You’ll have to sign up for an audible account and remember your password and user name (you’ll need it to listen to the audiobooks), but other than it’s pretty painless and completely free.
Author Karl Schroeder (who has been generous with downloads of his own books), points you in the direction of a short story download by a fellow author in the Metatropolis anthology.
If that’s not your thing, you can download a free audiobook of Tribes by Seth Godin from audible.com, which I heard about here. I actually heard about this book on Mini Book Expo, but couldn’t claim it (rats!). Now I can listen to it though.
